The Law Offices of Philip K. Goldstein was established in Las Vegas at the end of 1995. Prior to that time, since graduation from law school in 1990, Philip K. Goldstein worked for the Nevada Legislature in Carson City and for a couple of other attorneys in the Las Vegas area. Prior to law school, Philip obtained his Masters Degree in Business Administration and Bachelors Degree in Economics.

The office, located at 609 South Seventh Street, in Las Vegas, is just south of Bonneville St and 2 blocks east of Las Vegas Blvd. in the historic downtown area. The philosophy of the office is to provide quality personal service to those individuals facing difficult financial times. The attorney consulting you is the same attorney handling your paperwork and making all necesssary appearances for you.

Legal services are not fast food. Quality and professionalism are not a luxury, but a necessity. Passing individuals between attorneys is not only unprofessional, it is unfair and demeaning. Treating a client like a number is just not acceptable. Our office goal is not to be the biggest law office filing the most petitions, or having the fanciest office.
